How do you preserve egg white?

Many recipes call for yolk only.   Then, you will keep the leftover egg whites in the refrigerator and by the time you figure out what to do with them, they've gone bad.   This is an easy way to freeze the egg whites.

Spread wrap over a small cup.
Break and separate the egg one at a time and poor into the cup.

Wrap and tie it tightly with a rubber band.
Place the wrapped egg whites in the freezer.

Thaw it out in the fridge whenever you need one!
